Information we collect

LxOptics does not require an account and does not include analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies. The app does not collect personal information or transmit your media, project files, effect settings, or usage data to Alcyonite.

Files and local processing

LxOptics and its included effects process video and project content on your device. Where you choose a file or install a template, access is limited to the file or location you select. Alcyonite does not receive that content.

Purchases and third parties

If you obtain LxOptics through the Apple App Store, Apple may process purchase, payment, and account information under its own privacy policy. Alcyonite does not receive your payment-card information.

If you contact us by email, your email provider may process the information in your message. We use it only to respond to and support your request.

Retention and sharing

We retain support correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed to provide support, maintain records, or meet legal obligations. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information for advertising.

Your choices

You may choose not to contact us or to remove LxOptics from your device at any time. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of support correspondence that identifies you, email us at the address below.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as LxOptics evolves. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
